To remove residue that might have entered the inside of the VOLCANO through the air outlet, please turn the VOLCANO upside down and shake it gently.
If you believe that your device needs to be serviced, please register it in your customer account. Based on the malfunction and its warranty status, either an RMA can be initiated or a repair can be purchased.
Furthermore, please refrain from opening the device as this might damage your device and violates the warranty.
