Please make sure to free your Cooling Unit and Filling Chamber from any resin by cleaning it as described in the Instructions for Use.
If the Cooling Unit is clean and the issue persists, please remove the Cooling Unit from the base and press a finger on the hole where the air flows through, it should be sealed. Please inhale through the Mouthpiece. If you feel an airstream, the Cooling unit might be leaking and you will need a replacement.
If the Cooling Unit is just fine, please initiate an RMA by registering your device for repair with us.
