Please try charging the CRAFTY(+) through a different USB/USB-C cable from an other device. This way you can determine whether the unit or the charger is defective. If the charger is faulty, you will need a replacement CRAFTY(+) Power Adapter.
If this does not help, please reset your CRAFTY(+) by pressing the On-Off-Button for 10 seconds or via the CRAFTY(+) Remote Control app/ S&B App.
If the malfunction is on the unit, please initiate an RMA by registering your device for repair with us.
My CRAFTY(+) is not charging.
