Why is the status of my RMA "Approved + Repair"? And what do I need to do?

Your device exhibits a malfunction which is not covered by our warranty and can therefore not be serviced free of charge.

 

For cases like these, we offer repair cases, which can be purchased on our website. To order a repair, please open the RMA case in your customer account - "My Devices" and click on "Buy Repair".

You will then be directed to different repair cases. Please choose the repair case that best fits the malfunction of your device and order the item. With this, the repair process of your device will be initiated.
