How do I get my return label?

After completing your RMA, you will get an e-mail from us.

Follow these instructions to get your return label:

  1. Please click the orange "Get shipping label" buttton.
  2. You will be forwarded to the UPS homepage.
  3. Click "Print label" to open the print menu.
  4. Print all 5 pages. The first page contains the return label. Page 2-4 are the commercial invoices. Page 5 contains additional information about the shipping process.
  5. Sign all three commercial invoices and put them together with the return label in a shipping pouch.
  6. Fix the pouch on the outside of the shipment.
  7. Dispatch the shipping at your nearest UPS ACCESS POINT.
