In order for your device to connect to the STORZ & BICKEL App, your smartphone has to support Bluetooth Low Energy. Android 6 and higher require location services to establish a BLE connection. For a smooth connection between the App and your device, please make sure to enable location services in your smart phone's settings.
This is an Android default over which we have no control.
It may be necessary to reinstall the app, and then turn on the location using the settings feature of your smartphone.
