Where is my order?

You will be informed via email as soon as your order is processed.

Furthermore, you can view the entire status of your order within your Customer Account.

Detailed instructions:

  1. Log in to your customer account.
  2. Select "My Orders". My_Orders.jpg
  3. View the status of your order. Status_Order.jpg
    1. On hold/Pending: Your order is on hold until we have received your payment. 
    2. Processing: Your order is being processed as soon as we have received your payment.
    3. In Work: We are packing your order.
    4. Complete: Your order has been packed and is ready for the carrier to pick up.
      1. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number to follow your order on its way to you.

My order is not listed in my account.
