Detailed instructions:
- Log in to your customer account.
- Select "My Orders".
- View the status of your order.
- On hold/Pending: Your order is on hold until we have received your payment.
- Processing: Your order is being processed as soon as we have received your payment.
- In Work: We are packing your order.
- Complete: Your order has been packed and is ready for the carrier to pick up.
- You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number to follow your order on its way to you.
