How do I register my device?

You can register your device in your customer account under "My Devices".

⚠️ Attention: We have a Medical (VAPORMED) and a Household (STORZ & BICKEL) Product Line

1. Log in to your customer account; please follow the instructions for creating a customer account to register as a new customer.
   
   You can answer this query to be redirected to the correct store.
   
   
2. Go to "My Devices" and select "REGISTER DEVICE":
   
3. Fill in all information to register your device and select "Submit".
   
   
   
   
   
4. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the registration of your device was successful. This can take up to 72 hours.
