We only accept returns within 2 weeks after purchase of unused and unopened devices.
If the quality seal of the package is broken, the device is deemed as used and cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons.
Furthermore, please be aware that we only accept returns of purchases made directly with us. If you purchased the device from another retailer, please contact them. You will find detailed information about our return policy in our general terms and conditions.
Buyers bear the risk of return themselves.
Upon arrival, your device will be examined. If it is eligible for a return, we will refund the purchasing amount via the payment method you chose at purchase. If you wish to receive the refund through another payment method, please state this in a note which we ask you to include in the return.
